1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement governing your use of RetailAI products, services, website, and applications. By registering, accessing, or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide a platform that enables businesses and individuals to create automated chat flows across messaging and social channels.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account. You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date.

4. Prohibited Uses

• No unlawful use, spam, fraud, or harmful activity.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• No intellectual property infringement or abusive behavior.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid services may require payment through approved payment providers. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable plan terms and provider policies.

6. Selling on the Marketplace

If you open a seller store and upload your own products, those products are listed on the Dropdash.pk marketplace automatically once your store is live. We may remove or withhold any product from the marketplace at our discretion, including where it breaches these terms or our policies; removal from the marketplace does not affect your own storefront.

Your products may also be listed and sold by other sellers on their own storefronts. You choose the margin those sellers earn — any whole percentage from 0% to 90% of your price — in your store console, and you may change it at any time. A change applies only to orders placed after it is saved; orders already placed settle on the margin that applied when they were placed.

What you receive: when another seller sells one of your products, you receive your price for that product less the margin you chose. A reselling seller may add their own markup on top of your price; that markup is paid by the shopper and does not change the amount you receive. You may optionally cap how far a reselling seller can mark your products up. You remain responsible for fulfilling every order for your products, whichever storefront it came from.

7. Course Enrolments and Refunds

Seats on instructor-led courses are limited and are confirmed only after we verify your payment. Refunds for course enrolments are available only if requested at least 5 full days (120 hours) before the session start time; requests inside that window are not refundable. Enrolments whose payment is not verified within 48 hours are released back to inventory automatically. If a session is cancelled by us, all confirmed enrolments are refunded in full.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate use subject to these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, abuse, or legal/security reasons.

9. Liability and Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. RetailAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes may be subject to arbitration and class action waiver provisions as defined in the full terms.
