I'm Shoaib Sherazi, the founder, and our goal is to help local shoemakers level up into full-fledged digital brands. We give them the same kind of robust tools for selling, shipping, and customer support that the big players use, making it all seamless and headache-free.

Problem & Solution:


Buying shoes online in Pakistan can be a nightmare—think endless waits for deliveries, wrong sizes showing up, and sellers who ghost you when you need help. It's so bad that sellers end up losing about one in every three orders. That's where Heels.pk steps in. We've created a dedicated shoe marketplace with straightforward categories like pumps, sneakers, and more, plus easy order tracking and returns. And our star feature? Heels AI, a round-the-clock assistant that chats in Urdu and English across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. It handles 90% of customer questions on its own, keeping everything running smoothly.

Market Opportunity:


Pakistan's shoe industry is massive, sitting at around $6 billion overall, with online sales already hitting $280 million and set to climb past $400 million in the next four years. We don't need to conquer the whole thing—just partnering with 500 mid-sized brands could get us to our first big milestone of $3.5 million in revenue.

Business Model:


We take a 30% cut from each successful sale, which covers everything from ads and multi-courier shipping to non-stop customer support. It's a win for sellers because it ends up costing them less than the sneaky fees and restrictions on platforms like Daraz, all while giving them better tools to boost their business.

Competitive Advantage:


Most options out there fall short: big marketplaces are too broad and pricey, solo Shopify setups have tiny catalogs without much repeat business, and Instagram shops look great but lack real CRM or logistics muscle. Heels.pk stands out by zeroing in on shoes only, with end-to-end inventory and shipping solutions plus top-notch service that's tough for anyone else to match.

Traction:


We kicked off our beta in May, and it's already showing promise. We've brought on 5 brands, got 500 products up and running, fulfilled 87 orders with deliveries averaging just 4 days, and our AI has knocked out 90% of customer queries without needing a human touch. It's early proof that this scales well.

Financial Projections:


Looking ahead three years, we're eyeing 10x growth across the board—from 50 vendors to 500, 40,000 orders to 400,000, and GMV jumping from 120 million PKR to 1.2 billion PKR. We'll keep our profit margins steady at 11.8%, proving our model is built to last and grow efficiently.

Ali Hamza brings a solid 10 years in e-commerce, CRMs, and web development to handle the tech side. Hasnain Naqvi adds 3 years of expertise in AI-driven apps and community building.
