At Heel.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, a purchase might not be exactly what you were looking for. Here’s how we make returns and exchanges easy and customer-friendly:

If your purchase isn't quite right, you have up to 3 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please return the merchandise in its original packaging. Here’s how to get started:

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cs@heels.pk to schedule your return.
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we'll carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
• Refund Process: If the product is in acceptable condition, we'll notify you about your eligibility for a refund. Expect the refund within 10 calendar days from the moment you notify us of your desire to return. We'll process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 500 Rs per order return fee that covers Packaging loss, restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged and Products that are not in the same condition as when received, or that have been used beyond merely opening the packaging, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Looking for a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges are permitted for the same item in a different size or color, ensuring you get exactly what you want.
