heels decides what customer information this store collects and why. The Dropdash.pk platform, operated by RetailAI, processes that information on the store's behalf — it runs the checkout, the order system and the delivery hand-off.

This policy covers what happens to your information when you shop here.

• Order information: what you ordered, what you paid, how you paid, and the delivery status of the parcel.

• To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order — including calling or messaging you to confirm it.
• To send order and delivery updates.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share what is needed, with: the supplier who ships your order; the courier who delivers it; the payment provider that processes an online payment; and the platform that runs the store.
